Delete in the app

In JEDWAL CORP, open Account → Delete account, type DELETE, check the confirmation box, and tap Permanently delete my account. In the JEDWAL meetings app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion starts immediately in the app without a support request.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. We use that email to verify ownership before deleting data.
