What we collect

JEDWAL and JEDWAL CORP collect basic account data (name, email, sign-in identifiers, and security settings); meeting and project data you create such as recordings, transcripts, summaries, documents, spreadsheets, questions, and PMO records; participant emails; and the calendar, booking, and notification state needed to operate the service. We receive it when you enter or upload it, from your device when you grant access, and from your organization when it invites you to a workspace.

Data sharing with AI providers

Before JEDWAL CORP sends any data to an external AI provider, the app identifies the provider, data types, purpose, and processing location and asks for your explicit permission. Data may include your question or instruction; the necessary project context and PMO records; documents and spreadsheets you choose to analyze; the meeting transcript; and audio only when you request transcription or audio review. Depending on the feature and organization configuration, recipients may include OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Munsit, Perplexity, or an ALLaM/sovereign AI endpoint configured by your organization. OpenAI, Anthropic, and other cloud services may process data outside Saudi Arabia, including in the United States; organization-configured endpoints follow their specified location and contract.

Your AI choice and controls

Data is not sent merely because you open the app, and no data is sent to an AI provider until you choose an AI feature and tap Allow. Permission is specific to the provider and organization; a provider change requires new permission. You may choose Not now and continue using non-AI project-management functions, and you may revoke permission anytime under Account → AI privacy. JEDWAL does not sell this data or permit meeting or organization content to train public models.

How we use data and who processes it

We use data for authentication and security; to operate meetings, projects, reports, and collaboration; to perform AI features you request; to send messages; and to support the service and prevent abuse. In addition to the AI providers above, we use Cloudflare for hosting and protection, Resend for email, Apple for sign-in and app services when selected, and approved payment providers for enterprise web contracts. We require providers to process data only for agreed service purposes with appropriate protection, and we do not sell personal data.

Email and invitations

We use Resend to send account emails, meeting invitations, and calendar files to participants when scheduling and booking features are used.

Encrypted backup

Backup is encrypted on your device before upload. The server never receives your unwrapped key and cannot read backup contents.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and meeting data while your account is active or until you delete it. In JEDWAL CORP, go to Account → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm; deletion begins immediately in the app without contacting support. Deletion includes the account identity, sessions, memberships, personal tokens, security settings, private assistant history, backups, and linked consumer data. The organization may retain shared business records—such as projects, decisions, audits, and documents—under its retention policy and legal obligations, but the deleted account can no longer access them.
